YIPPEE for 2021 as the excavation was OPEN!!!! Here are some of the paintings, I worked on as one of the artists in residence. See the current Dig Diary at the Ness of Brodgar for more info on the 2021 season.
In 2020,due to the Corona virus, the site was closed to the public. However, as a former artist-in-residence, I was given access to the site in order to capture the essence of the place as it remained closed.
These are only a few of the plein air oil paintings painted on site in 2020 and 2021. They are available for purchase. Contact me for additional paintings. With each purchase, I donate to the Ness of Brodgar.
